01/15: Internet Explorer 8.0 Floating About?

Mary Jo Foley speaks of Microsoft's plans for IE 8.0 and the existence of a few "post IE-7 daily builds", according to a Microsoft engineer. Among the planned features for IE 8.0 will be further expansion of Cascading Style Sheet support. Regardless of where you lie on the browser spectrum (I use Firefox, myself), the further development of Internet Explorer is a good thing for the Internet at large, especially in the realm of CSS adoption and advancement. IE still carries a vast majority of the browser market, after all.
